“ Our son got married at Copper Mountain last weekend. We had the rehearsal dinner at CB Grille and had a great experience! The manager, Cliff, was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. He worked hard to make sure our evening was perfect for the bridal party, family and friends who attended. The guests raved about the food and service was outstanding. “ We decided to try out this C.B. Grille since I love duck and they had it in their menu. The duck was prepared just perfect and the risotto and vegetables were the perfect match! My wife ordered the rack of lamb with chimichurri sauce, and she just had high praises for the meat! The staff was very attentive, and although we didn't have a reservation they accommodated us within 15 minutes. Certainly a place to refuel your energy after a long day at the slopes. ”
